Our Lenten potluck is one of simple, nourishing foods. During Lent we practice controlling our physical desires to focus on seeking Jesus’s kingdom and his righteousness. But each Sunday in Lent is also a celebration, a reminder that Jesus’s kingdom is near. Our potluck is also a celebration.
