Why do you want to kill me?
Did my teaching make you angry?
Did my words torment your hearts?
Why do you hate me and my friends?
I have spoken the things which I have seen with my Father;
you have done the things which you heard from your father.
Are not all of us Abraham’s descendants?
Are we not following the Word of God that Abraham received?
I know all of us are Abraham’s descendants, and
yet I know your father is different from my Father.
I am speaking the truth to you.
Your father followed the devil’s temptations;
you want to keep following the desires of your father.
Your father was a murderer from the beginning, and
does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him.
Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature.
My speaking, my words, open your hearts, minds, and souls
to my Father, your Father, and our Father,
to the Word which creates me, you, and us in the universe.
Why do you not understand what I am saying?
It is because you cannot hear my words,
because you have no room for the Word.
What fills your rooms of mind, heart, and soul?
Do you know who controls your mind, heart, and soul?
Did you say, I am demon-possessed? (1)
I am not possessed by a demon, (2)
but you have no room for the words of life.
Do you still not understand my Word?
